The Cleveland International Fund (CiF) helps qualified foreign nationals obtain US Residency using investment as a means to achieve that goal, while directly creating American jobs in the process. This key US government-sponsored economic development initiative, is known as the EB-5 Regional Center program. CiF being designated an official Regional Center, focuses on opportunities within Northeast Ohio in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Biotechnology, and Film Production.

CiF sets itself apart from other Regional Centers with its unique partnerships across public and private sectors. As part of CiF's core mission, all projects that we invest in, must meet or exceed the City of Cleveland's 5-15 FBE/MBE (Women and Minority overall labor percentage participation) program. Any investments that do not meet this requirement will not be eligible for CiF funding. Period.

From the very beginning, our team's model was to collaborate with other active institutions in the common goal. We enjoy the support of Federal, State, and Local governments, including US Senator George Voinovich, Ohio Governor Ted Strickland and Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson. Regional development organizations and prominent businesses are proud supporters of CiF as well, including: the Greater Cleveland Partnership (Cleveland's Chamber of Commerce), the Cleveland Clinic, and the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team. In addition, our Advisory Board is comprised of industry experts and renowned business and community leaders with niche concentrations in real estate, law, healthcare and entertainment.

We have utilized our vast global network to develop exclusive partnerships with key institutions across the world in order to help facilitate the immigration process for foreign investors. This unique and exclusive program, known as VIP Access will help investors and their families, via its partnerships with global brand partners, with services such as:

In addition, while most Regional Centers are run by US-born citizens, CiF founder and CEO Mr. A. Eddy Zai, is an immigrant himself. Having gone through the immigration and naturalization process first-hand and having lived in the US for 20+ years, Mr. Zai is able to relate to and understand the challenges immigrants may face and can lend a helpful hand in making the transition as seamless as possible.
